1953 Established Nippon Antenna Co., Ltd. (with capital of 500,000 yen).
Began manufacturing and selling car radio and TV antennas.
1960 Constructed a new Head Office building.
1962 Began developing, manufacturing and selling electric car radio antennas.
1965 Began manufacturing and selling electronic equipment and radio communications antennas.
Began full-scale operation at the Tokorozawa Factory located in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
1966 Entered the telecommunications engineering market.
1968 Began full-scale operation at the Warabi Factory located in Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
1975 Established Merlin Aerials Ltd. (U.K. Branch of Nippon Antenna (Europe) GmbH) as the U.K. sales office.
1979 Began developing, manufacturing and selling car phone antennas.
1982 Began developing, manufacturing and selling MCA antennas and IC boosters.
1984 Began developing, manufacturing and selling BS (satellite broadcast) receiving apparatus.
1987 Began developing, manufacturing and selling portable phone antennas.
Established Nichian CATV Co., Ltd. as support for the cabled distribution system maintenance service department.
1989 Began developing, manufacturing and selling CS (satellite communications) receiving apparatus.
1990 Went public on the Tokyo over-the-counter market (JASDAQ).
Increased company capital to 4,673,616,000 yen.
1991 Began full-scale operation at Kawasato Factory located in Kawasato Industrial Estate, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
Established Nippon Antenna (Europe) GmbH as the Germany sales office.
